What we keep

Each order leaves three records with us: your WhatsApp number or email address, the Home plan you took with its start and end dates, and our messages to each other. Payments by card or PayPal are processed by a payment company; your card number stays with that company. No cookie on this site serves advertising or tracks you from page to page.

Why we keep it

It lets us deliver the login, guide you through setup, reply to you, issue a receipt on request and return money when a refund is agreed. It is not sold, not shared with marketers and not used to send you offers.

Retention

Order records go three years after the plan’s last day. Records of payments are held for six years, as Irish tax law asks.

Your rights

The GDPR entitles you to ask [email protected] to see your data, to put it right or to delete it, and we answer within one month. A complaint can also go to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
