Nothing to cancel

A Home plan is bought with a single payment and runs for the months you picked. There is no term to serve and no later charge, so there is nothing to switch off: the plan closes by itself on the last day printed in your login message.

The 14-day withdrawal right

Buying online in Ireland normally gives you 14 days to change your mind. Digital content delivered immediately is treated differently: the right ends when delivery starts, as long as you chose immediate access and accepted that the right would lapse. Every order here is delivered that way.

Our refund as well

We still give the full price back when, within 7 days of paying, you tell us the login never came, or that not a single screen at home would play even with our team’s help. The refund policy has the details; email [email protected] with the date you paid and your username.
